I just love someone who can meet me in the shallow and deep ends of the pool and can energetically just flow with me and hold that intensity with me. soverignty harmony bliss, just gave me some bodywork around my genital area. i feel like i'm a new human and it's still new. so it's very soon to say exactly what i'm feeling and and what's going on and what changed but i can feel my dick like i've never felt before. it's like i was numb and i wasn't aware that certain sensations weren't accessible to me. so i'm glad that now i can feel my dick again. i already feel like my body can move in new ways. i can slow down. i feel like i expressed so much of my self hatred to the point where i can now let it go, and let go of the judgement as well. yeah, i highly recommend her services.

since working with my therapist for the past two years, i've been working with a bodyworker. she's helped me relieve so much pain and helped me let go of the trauma my body has been holding on to. repressed emotions, or unacknowledged, find a way to express themselves. mine looked like chronic pain and a shoulder injury. I went to an orthopedic surgeon to see what was going on and before scheduling an MRI, I was gifted a session with sovereignty harmony bliss i'm happy to say, she worked her healing magic. we have worked together for the past two years and i feel at home and in my body. she is very knowledgeable about the body and how the pain is connected within the body. i have even gifted sessions to my closest friends. investing in myself and well-being has been a practice. this is definitely one of those things that has allowed me to feel more in tune with my body and self. sovereignty has been a gift in my life and my growth.
